Ad Usability – SEMRush

I was just catching up on some search engine related news. (This article: https://www.seroundtable.com/google-noindex-news-feeds-23752.html)

 

Saw this ad and got curious, so I clicked and got taken to:

https://landing.semrush.com/site-audit/usa.html?kw=site_audit&cmp=UK_GDN_Site_audit_Smart&label=GDN&placement=www.seroundtable.com&gclid=CKu2qIv7v9MCFYoQ0wodsa0NZg

As you can see, their &cmp specifies UK. However, when clicking on Pricing on their site I see the following. Looking at the landing URL you can see I’m taken to their USA version.

 

There are two urls for pricing, the one I get linked to:

https://landing.semrush.com/site-audit/prices_usa.html

and from what I can see

https://landing.semrush.com/site-audit/prices_uk.html

 

Which then links back to:

https://landing.semrush.com/site-audit/uk.html

 

To the person managing the SEMrush adwords account, check the country targeting.
